' l7 N7 m# p2 K+ hIs the Contract for Tanks that Sinopec signed with CNRL significantly lower than any other bidders (if any)?  If it is, then you know CNRL should understand that there is no way Sinopec can execute the work with that value if Sinopec don't screw the workers.

$ m' R5 Y/ J& \' {8 M8 l中石化有股份所以要求给中国劳工一方机会,共120人,现在全部赶走了.
