# G9 R: A. B; W: Q. W2 c1 B& V# U( Z( @Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

8 f. w) h7 r0 R' D, z* m7 j/ P(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- z0 E( N% \4 z, N" R! [* X
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
4 D1 u" i; d# |Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

# b( C5 Q) N' ^# S. p$ q3 aDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

) P& Z/ o; w& s. n7 `, }: m6 qWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
  A4 K' ^$ j3 K: CHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

" K8 r7 j: d3 l! y) wDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
