Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
  {8 E) a  P% Z0 {. P2 [( K+ g8 fHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
0 P) k8 C- r& l: G; _- C0 Z
* m0 W8 `" Q( Z& @Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
1 h7 U/ N1 E) ~* P' T0 `Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

# h6 b7 [3 Y4 r; X4 i8 A  QDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.
