Coordinates and implements detailed space plans to address customer space

that do not have multiple designers and a design supervisor.

2 O. x. C$ p9 H e3 H. `1. Consults with Sales Team in the layout, design and space planning of
5 p: ~* G# ?; nfurniture specifications for client offices. Travels to client’s location to

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
2 V, c$ u4 [( y* B( Rproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
3 {- ]0 B! h( \( h* hdrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for
* h0 ?, i0 L: D1 y" rspecification and installation.
8 b# f4 f( b5 O6 A, K. D3 a3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning* M9 E5 l9 b% I$ p/ V& {# {! s
meetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these5 h7 T- t* X$ W% I$ N
needs.
3 F/ @: Q: e$ a& o4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering0 U' S9 ]& n- t6 j: s2 ^
routine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.
7 E7 z5 x; I! X' J$ U: U) {& j5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction& E) _/ n' `8 p3 O1 S/ b
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job6 {8 C% ^* V+ o! ~
site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence9 ?* G& S$ V! N, K' p) I9 }" j

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect" L q1 k7 ]) b" _; _
& Design (A&D) drawing sets.

. {1 H$ ]1 Y. E# p5 uassures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes

: M- {1 H0 G! q8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
) w7 W7 E3 v* p( oinspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.0 x* |/ |5 m. W- F- {/ \
9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.
! D6 S, F. ] @: E' G- A10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- @ f. g& p( k! z9 S8 l2 N
4 z. s0 Q( z3 b- V/ n$ aBachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minimum of two (2) years in a
1 |0 e; t% ~9 }! V% C- irelated field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
" b, a- f# X! O! _ z) C* ~experience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general0 j7 U; T0 P; k& {
knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
