Interior Designer

PURPOSE:

Responsible for activities related to design, space planning, layout, and

furniture specifications for client offices. Travels to client’s location to

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
# l& G9 l9 K4 s, x$ d$ r% v9 l' {* eproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
( D4 q1 x3 Q7 W' X( H/ qdrawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for5 p( M3 |) P/ L" j: l
specification and installation.
2 X _5 R2 z( Y& f6 n3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
9 u+ x/ Q+ f' V8 fmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction

site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence" {. `9 @* N. |: @
checks.

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job! Y5 @0 T5 h: ^) w
inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.
