2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
7 M5 e8 m$ {* r2 M/ u' l( pproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built
# p# L; N# ]2 W; ?% r6 e/ r* @drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for

3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
8 V8 a5 G4 U( H+ O; F5 R, y% wmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

4 n% u8 @( h% s) c/ s& l. n4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering
: V) \% G/ R% P" troutine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.; M L$ M6 ]! [ `5 n. m
5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction
7 S/ t9 u; F3 u& t# zplans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job& S- H" g3 C3 r0 `3 Y M; u- }
site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

4 `- R! b! J, M! b- O% `: g6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect
; ]3 t9 F8 Q4 ~+ l2 t& Design (A&D) drawing sets.

8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job4 I, k! `2 C2 S
inspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.3 i: ~8 ^ Z n: a
9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.. `2 g0 m: y. O6 ?' o. u
10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.1 ]6 c& F. j# M0 y
11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and
