Tent event moves Edmonton's job market into the great outdoors

Edmonton... Edmontonians looking for a job, considering a career change, or struggling to find qualified staff are invited to drop by the Alberta Employment and Immigration Tent Event on Thursday, June 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The tents will be set up at the Alberta Service Centre located at 6325 Gateway Boulevard.

z2 ]5 @% E3 p+ | `8 b9 sVisitors will be treated to a free barbecue lunch plus an outdoor mini job fair, career services expo, contests and prizes, and a charity dunk tank in support of Habitat for Humanity.2 j. V) T$ N4 B" J# O
0 V6 n" l$ [ I) g% H' p( I; hA number of local employers will be recruiting staff onsite, including: Alberta Motor Association, Beretta Protective K-9 Services, International Compass Group, Mark’s Work Warehouse, McKesson Pharmaceutical, and Parkland Class.8 G: g( O0 i- e* f: N" |, Q8 ?7 q
