這種現象,不是什麽的大秘密,大凡在用運動的時候,尤其是激烈運動,少不免呼吸會比平常急和頻密。 % a. s* J4 g; {8 B X1 y: q大量的空氣通過喉嚨和口康進入肺部,因而引起水和雜物流入肺部,也有水量流失。喉嚨非常乾燥,容易引起發炎。 5 V8 r7 x3 i8 e再者,還有些少的鼻泌會流入喉嚨,刺激自然的反應而咳咻,游泳也會有此現象。 d t9 F5 j9 m* p2 g" F7 K

Make sure you are well hydrated... water, not sodas, and that you are breathing through your nose and not your mouth. Don't just drink water right before and/or after exercise, that will give you tummy ache. drink plenty throughout the day AND KEPT YOU THROAT WET WITH WATER DURING EXERCISE. 5 ^" B( y# x0 ~$ j3 U) v7 n: u2 O; \* O3 | r1 V
