. h9 p4 o# s0 T9 wThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

% ~' `* D8 H2 r) k! L# B, j9 _Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

. y4 k. ?/ {! E- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

2 X# p( N4 Y' R  cAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
