The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

8 o) b5 B& B/ I) B6 H# v+ ~3 D= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
5 N* k! Y2 Y, S$ j1 W- w- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
% ]/ t: |& T0 b; _! d- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
/ N7 s4 u9 _+ {8 J: }2 m* D- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

3 X( u  c8 ~' Q) [* I+ V; _- The return Boat fare to Victoria
$ k3 [  W  I4 J  u$ g- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
