  I! P' S" g7 E" S5 X9 dThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

! ^( n' B, `  Z= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
7 J) M4 Z( z! e2 K- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

$ I# \" C$ N% z$ S. ~# h! b- Z
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
% D2 i4 p' v2 v- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
2 i+ ?3 W1 {1 o" ]- The return Boat fare to Victoria
: a5 }4 P6 A$ x4 x- T2 H4 a. `- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
