* l! Y( K* [: aThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

8 ~' Z0 y' S4 vHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

" i" ^1 O$ f! L& ?9 {' s2 I2 t6 o= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
* @" q* E9 O3 S0 V; o# i  OThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
. z* ]- @' f  M. K; v- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners

- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
