) f" y, C) O! DWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
/ y6 M) f' o  f0 L. U- MResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
* s- |- R; J) `1 w* c( M1 NResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
8 L. ^1 x1 B+ P* pWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
/ a; c$ b) d, U; J. G: q) E/ ?  sEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
8 N( S, C. n: s+ v4 RDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
- O% ~2 ~* ?  Y: a) MDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
- \- u9 j8 h9 _" e8 jRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
( |; }6 B5 z: ^0 @* CMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
* a8 c" ]6 Y% V+ @4 N. lStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
6 I% O0 J7 X9 y4 K4 HAbility to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
