- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
, @+ w( q: \( B; \) c- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker2 F' d1 `& S$ x8 N7 i% s6 k4 d% }
- reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team

Qualifications:
$ z$ H2 | F8 l- post secondary diploma R" W& t( z% c W- G
- customer service and office clerical experiences

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community
1 g+ ?6 w9 {/ @3 z- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services- ]3 }$ y! b9 d, k2 P2 s4 o9 N5 Y
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services# S% L7 u1 C; B3 D& f! h
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
" w) Q7 ~# U" a8 A, F8 }- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members8 o2 H* T. Z' j1 ^2 X# B7 b
- update ASSIST website) b5 e+ z3 X) J1 ?. I
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre! h: T0 R$ K8 D
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services1 }( `& I% S2 x- A! v7 A
- assist in writing proposal for ISP1 r) f( v0 \7 A
- write quarterly and final reports for ISP

- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
