为什么不看反映和预测房屋供求关系的售出房和上市房之比？二月份到21日为止Single house sales/New Listing ratio 33%比一月份41%要差; Condo sales/New Listing ratio 27%比一月份30%也差, 统计上也可以说没有什么明显地改变。
