Telus在搞什么鬼？ 请网络高手指点

一直用得好好的Telus高速网，近日突然在联网时看到 Online Customer Access 页面，让你输入用户姓名和密码，在技术支持的指导下，照此办理还是不通。后来发现因为我是两机无线联网，Telus 那边不认我的无线路游器的 MAC ID (Address)。技术指导我从调制解调器绕过无线路游器，直接接到电脑上。这下倒是接通了，可是另一台电脑就被摔掉了。再问技术支持，被告知他们没有训练，不知道怎么让无线路游器与其系统匹配，让客户直接找生产厂家的技术支持部门联系。Telus 为什么要放上这么一个页面来挡住客户直接上网，是不是要以此来阻碍客户自己设家庭局网？高手们有什么高见，高招？谢谢先！！！

GOOdLE

这样连接肯定就可以了

# L$ v8 p; d$ _  t- n. P/ O& r将你 路由器的MAC地址 改成你正在上网的那台计算机的MAC地址

然后 用路由器 代替你的计算机去连 modem

最后将你所有的计算机挂在 路由器上

Or you can do it by yourself by:
! V( \" \0 N* {; K+ @4 {, d  bHook up the wireless router to the modem and one computer to any local ethernet port on this router
4 k9 O# `. U, |/ r" _$ A/ pcall TELUS tech supp and ask for the userid/pwd to login OCA page
# `' l. ?4 H7 _( _after login, click "manually registration and administratioin"
remove any one or all the MAC addresses on bottom of the page (or replace with the MAC of router here)
click submit on the left above of the page
) n; }8 I) ~8 B- Q& h+ ]go back to main menu and then click " one-step registration and administration"
if got "successful blah blah..." msg box the turn off the power of router and turn it on again

I did all you said twice and whenver I power off the PC, modem and router, everything goes back to the same problem again. I do not know why and how to handle it.

我试着按照GOOdLE的思路回答一下：

* I' |5 m3 O7 p2 `7 sStep 1.先找到路由器的MAC ID
8 ?8 r. X: D+ E+ R连接路由器和PC, IE栏里输入192.168.1.1(也可能是192.168.0.1),回车，用户名admin,密码admin,进入路由器设置界面，WAN，里面应该有一个MAC Address，记下来，这个就是你的路由器的MAC ID。

Step 2.Log in to OCA
! U& A2 w& x" V/ a" C! f/ V
2 E: M* y" e1 v- }: x   a. Open a Web browser.
   b. Go to the OCA Web page by entering http://oca.telus.net in your Address bar.


8 F# b7 Q/ h; ]      NOTE: If you're unable to access the OCA site using this address, you can try http://oca.ab.hsia.telus.net in Alberta or http://oca.bc.hsia.telus.net in B.C.

   c. Enter the username and password you selected or were given when you ordered TELUS High Speed.

   a. Click the One Step Registration of your PC link.

以上是技术流的解决方式，如果楼主觉得比较困难，或者楼主是猥琐流的fans，可以试试下面的方法：

9 x- ?$ E1 }: s) L) i2 W8 w( y" m打电话给telus，跟他们说自己的modem经常出问题，要他们换成最新的，带路由功能的modem，并让人来弄。

等个几天后，telus的人来了，问题也猥琐的解决了！

我家就是telus的，用的就是带路由功能的modem。所以可以试试楼上的方法。
