% Y; i/ Q, f" C" N* \/ T7 B) Y* tEDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。

时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

: t+ R0 A: b& c4 c% \' f2 B$ rThis is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for+ P' N3 [( p+ L0 @- h1 {
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
9 r8 W( l3 o Xof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different( }* {4 A2 ^2 E* j
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events." w' \1 I# k" A2 g/ w

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
