好了,现在这样的机会来了:

# n7 J B2 B+ s0 p, B* ~- IEDBA (Edmonton District Badminton Association,就是我们加入的那个协会)在2月23日星期六举行一个裁判的培训。3 A7 D* D& n0 {9 l" W/ h, z
1 D- }4 w) O4 s" Z, S时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。- a' O. j" r: K/ o) B

! B. y, _3 w: \" |& r2 p. m3 w; d7 ?5 {This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for7 }, t3 d/ l; H! F# B
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.

* q7 J$ G9 Y) d2 oTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
: A0 D: J9 t9 h7 Y4 W% Q- x! Gof Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different7 H( J9 I& ]- c
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.
