时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for$ _7 i) N+ R- j" @8 u4 g+ y
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.3 T# Z- |% w. v R; D% q( i! ~

Trainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials
8 Q5 R; W/ K+ l4 \0 P+ d# |of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different& m0 L1 K8 r4 Z8 Y
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.4 P$ P" v' q5 ? G5 m

Certified regional badminton officials can move on to become certified officials at the provincial, national, and international level. |
