. R2 g0 i2 c9 N/ Z" ]; r4 TThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (Feb. 17 - 22).
% U( E; D, m9 l  F: {* T& G6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

- B0 i2 |0 V" E1 n0 o4 |0 GPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

1 t( t0 J+ i+ H- E2 w( v= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
; x/ G! W6 d) s4 ]= Children under 5 years old are Free

; J# U- P7 w; f6 V1 SThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
9 A$ J/ W- x+ Y! ]- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

+ v. ^: e1 F6 e
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

# @" I! x4 }$ e' [- S' a  }And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.

因为我们没有在旅游公司规定的时间(2月9日中午12点) 内，召集到43个人参加旅游团，很抱歉我们这次CSSA组织的去温哥华和维多利亚的旅行将改至下次学校放假的时间 4月26日 - 5月1日。价格和条件均没有改变。对于已经报名交钱了的32位同学，我们深表歉意。希望你们能继续关注我们的论坛有关于4月26日旅行的通知。如果有想参加我们4月26日的旅行团的同学，请提早报名。谢谢！
