It is very easy!

let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. $ T- Y0 X8 m: |
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
4 @2 d4 ?+ Q4 C/ \then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
