let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.

! X9 J- c: t; t6 [+ Oplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. - U& j; E- g2 w, R1 Z! b 
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on. 
6 y! c  A  k. j# r4 x. ythen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
