place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
' Q9 W/ X! F1 F( X q' d2 gthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
( P: @. u9 r- }1 V. m% w8 f' Tthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
