Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
8 W5 w& A& N, t3 ]0 Y2 s# {•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
- P; ]2 u/ |7 e8 b6 a  d) c•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
, z2 Y$ f5 T9 H•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
$ a  v) l* `3 h•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
: W+ k) h6 b+ w; \$ i! O•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
  d8 u+ }- g0 I5 r  i2 e* ]•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
