Skills and Competencies:
. z& s6 r* ^. x; c•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
3 P7 o- @) }+ n. c4 G4 M•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
* {6 U+ v  R2 ^  `6 l0 W6 q9 e•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

" c% r" L# [7 [! @0 p" C: i•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
' C( B5 q  f5 o/ N6 c6 o•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system

8 b! ^3 j* q! g1 S% y, d•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
