The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
8 k/ z% {' v: Xduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - + N; h2 r& R. t4 R8 \
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
+ v1 } G, H* `2 @3 cweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of + D! |5 d; T* _$ y) g! u1 c
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
& E' V+ f7 d) B1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels s; K' T2 H8 c/ I% g ]: F, @1 q
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
2 t' c5 V# R {(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
& ?2 D( x# ~3 B4 @* @+ E" dprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
3 d! V- Q! i9 J! ^$ e2 s3 fCanadians learn a second language.

; Z; Q9 U" V, vdevelopmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and 7 l& X' g6 V1 q3 B3 a
Pre-TOEFL.
