Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).2 W* \. I: z! D! Z! ?
& s- H1 Q9 j3 ~$ ]Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.1 _5 f: u5 Y/ T! I

0 f' O$ E/ _% k6 Q& Z; kThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.* ^$ H& L7 E! q& U" y9 a/ V+ H
" i$ W* _4 r; a" C9 E5 ?One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.# U. E" ]2 j& L( H7 z$ J. d: V
5 i7 L& O! o, B3 f) G' ]" V1 vHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.# @* U3 Y1 Y+ m3 C1 ~& J# J# \* u
+ ~7 u3 B, C; A7 l) l9 \1 Z( ^HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).* U3 _' E0 Z0 x% |7 ]0 q

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.4 [' s9 Q+ U" j8 @" t
