BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

9 Q# J; s# S( lManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).$ m+ f4 W0 p7 d* g1 R/ Z* k0 X

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

: `& h1 Z) M. oOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.6 x9 Z* g' T* \( C
" F. |+ }8 v8 p2 V3 U3 E/ k5 U3 PHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

|' x) S- {0 w' YHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.( e9 F% D3 C% T) A1 W3 q7 u
