Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
, E$ R* o4 p6 {-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

. }' h+ V6 c1 UManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).- k# u& [- J& D, ~( @
8 v* w. f8 N4 D% r1 k3 s2 C3 eFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR & ?: w' g& A* ~/ q# u1 d/ m) R3 q
4 E" o* L) K3 U' d/ V2 ]The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.$ M: e# W D' f; R
6 G$ A/ r* p. V3 g8 p: _5 [4 ?9 KOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.% G1 n' F5 ~# X: u7 w( M
; L) `3 C- A9 W y: {2 H& ~7 Y
HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

8 ~" n8 {' A3 N% Y5 mHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada. u# e, D* N8 {7 L1 p

One hour later, I got a reject email!3 D+ W: q) h, k S

# M2 v. `; L; t8 vPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
