BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader: [/ ] X! K2 a! w5 S
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.5 E2 x' f! R5 E1 P* ^% ?* X
-Other questions:
% n J; E6 a( ~: ~Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).3 D0 i% g. c9 m3 T% Z3 Z

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.0 S" ]$ E' N4 A4 \* y6 u
. s- g% ~! |; uOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.7 q8 \% K2 m" l/ h
1 i$ f3 H9 c0 c: z; I* wHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).2 }# i" j# O1 G C @$ m2 Z: W
: z+ e4 q8 X: M' l/ hHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.$ z& G. i- Q5 o, A1 |$ K

What wemt wrong?
5 C0 r+ [' z* w+ T0 L, NPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
