Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
! C# B6 ]/ o! D* u# D M* R-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok./ f; J. Q' ~+ v( p* p/ B
-Other questions:" A: y1 n1 L& l" R' W- T8 A
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development)., o/ F3 e" L" [
& A! m. J2 r/ f: CFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.
+ N u) [3 O) R/ R1 C( u( B6 m' j: v$ k7 a& n+ J3 w
After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

# C5 h& _' u OThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.& Y: X, C% R9 D$ @. i U1 ^

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.. H$ b% I# a+ x9 h% f
$ S: E" `+ {# R! d/ n% OHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!
