Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. # T2 N% I- J$ v. h

Skills and Abilities Required
8 x, G* ^. F1 ]* L. S: {Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.9 W. Q) }+ i; u; U" i

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.
