Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

7 t4 h- q$ M/ [! T' H7 ^1 K/ {and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
7 l% ^1 ^% y; z! qDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
