1 n' R6 E6 }: H1 aand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
. v! L" L; Y3 ]  m8 e2 l# [Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
* o6 t% P+ A! R6 SI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
