烤蛋糕

 •        1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

 Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
 " m! h: m. c+ B9 ^. S+ V1 L8 ]Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
 ! u' q' v. j0 q1 D8 S* Z6 pBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.: y1 C" w& W9 d' |/ K7 Z2 L

 这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
 3 k4 F0 }3 h9 V8 l) r7 Cbeating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。

 检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。
