有的省允许买卖楼花（如ＯＮＴＡＲＩＯ，ＮＥＷＦＯＵＮＤＬＡＮＤ），有的不行（ＳＡＳＫＡＴＣＨＥＷＡＮ，ＡＬＢＥＲＴＡ），
谁知道Ｂ．Ｃ省的情况，谢谢

Probably you can.

A friend of mine who bought couple houses in Vancouver. Second is an apartment which is 楼花.
