Community Services requires individuals to provide quality customer service to the public at community leisure centres across the City. As a Recreation Facility Attendant you will:

Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college.% ~2 w$ U& ^+ ]% c% S& s3 J

Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer applications.

5 b4 _; v/ d( |, s. jPossession of current Standard First Aid and CPR certification is required prior to commencement of employment.

Assets: Customer service training and familiarity with a variety of computer software programs, including point of sale, registration software and other facility related computerized equipment. In addition, knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.1 X" {6 i0 Y, w4 n% j6 O4 w$ D
Note: A security clearance is a condition of employment. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Security Clearance letter from the Edmonton Police Department. - c4 t" Q! @1 ]* V* \

HOURS OF WORK:
, S& v0 [1 d& ?. h2 i% IUp to 30 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday. Early morning, evening and weekends may be required. R: C. Z$ H/ e6 F% ?- D
Shifts vary based on facility operating hours, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.+ }( I9 x& w0 m+ p/ o: z

) ~- Q' ?+ H" W! s21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
