的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
$ j1 e: d# U; z; ?4 W6 n7 o5 c of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the1 e7 ~) E, W0 I, {0 L
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese6 N1 v- w4 D, U# p0 \
cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
& I1 c* {& o* j' c2 H customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on7 g5 W, P g, [. X4 l. Y- J
this broad land.' R6 n) ~( n. Y! B0 ^0 R2 Z

We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
8 w9 d$ ^+ U- S/ V contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and1 z6 I+ h" V$ l8 K4 f p7 d
talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in1 q3 D6 P- \! |1 q7 i/ z# a# p
performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
- @- x- n2 z+ T6 | ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in/ t5 [ v$ `1 U+ J2 A9 W+ l( _6 c
Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a9 x; z- ?4 @# m

As far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
* {( u0 {1 ]( z3 U+ V sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
4 N; X/ @* I$ l. y. G stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
( L" f& p5 }/ I: p- g- E5 I performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
/ H1 t" Y) e' S! l( J program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
3 o2 j+ F4 a9 z8 N- ?2 {6 B2 N comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
9 ` h# T4 g6 B/ H+ l CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.+ b8 j- p3 F! |* `+ G, ^

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also! c2 y$ u0 _ [( o6 O' |# G q
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
