# R5 p' e8 V4 b: R* n. X& ^. R- C of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
% P% ?& m0 b- ^8 X eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
2 W8 P, w* s( K cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and' h& r- R" R9 o* x4 g! D
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
6 P% @2 V/ a6 u this broad land.+ q+ m5 K% N! ?7 L$ G" i9 J4 Y, P2 \

We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
9 Q# h! B8 b3 R/ i: r! S contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and# E% \: ?" {6 E0 a; j
talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
' n$ @) m, s! C2 K: }7 r performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show% i, S+ U! ]7 H% ~- S& {' R
ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in$ }; s* H2 Z- o% Y
Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a2 Z8 ]9 i- e$ |/ [9 ]
lot of fun, like what we did before.

sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),3 N5 F% h D: y6 p/ E
stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any9 O7 Y, c, R! K L# k0 h2 e
performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
3 A' G: k3 Y' Y5 m) O$ { program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
, @2 [7 r, L8 f i4 v3 k$ C! K5 U comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since* f1 M1 i8 d* `4 ^' o# h' `- }2 [# _
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.1 ^! ~+ |) O+ x* j- p2 d% \7 c

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also; @& o i8 w" k, s2 _
on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system0 |$ E" H- w& e) q
control.
