I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.* `1 ~7 T8 D3 f* P1 r

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price. 2 U2 D3 s s u$ k- O- o
