这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

I recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

8 K& C- V& p% hI would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.

- m) R8 I8 y& a- V0 eCurrently, the only deals are on the MLS, not Comfree.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

9 e" f0 a. O2 j  D" g对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。
