) ?1 x: a9 B5 fJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

# F! R4 A3 U: q/ [; J9 o! b DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

/ q: P! `$ O+ s1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

7 d/ O# ?* O8 p+ ?) U" M2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

, ^( I* Q6 n( M/ ~0 ^' j3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

, N  A. ?: I* [7 F  Q# }4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
+ p2 t/ D2 G4 Y4 ^* j
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
& a+ z/ @# n5 `6 K7 k0 J% U& L
2) Cashier experience.

/ n1 v! `: c5 {3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5 }7 e# c$ A/ v, F! E+ V9 Q4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
