Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

/ j; ?; r! I$ `( DJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

& E6 ^; G. c4 I/ g4 \ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) o# A$ n0 }8 Y/ S8 m/ B
" o; ^( |5 C. u% A$ v" M* p1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

  ^# f6 N2 j2 L& x1 |2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

) R; U# A8 L# W/ h4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



! \. M* F! d3 S7 J+ UQUALIFICATIONS:

/ P4 r- O% O( V4 F1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
# K& D1 V- Y2 x3 V3 k2 \9 l. W! B
0 ^  |% U( M4 W7 y3 N' f; ?* q' ^2) Cashier experience.

" N+ \. f+ z* g& i# r! z9 i3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
5 W0 N1 G7 B# c0 u
( {0 _( _: S, V, G9 [8 ^4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

1 r) e* L# J8 _" |% u6 A5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
