9 z: K3 L* d* F9 r4 }" lJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

2 p. B# H& x& W1 ~+ f8 w; C9 Q DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- j  @2 ~8 T" H/ Y5 ~' ?/ Q
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

4 S- |& q& H% l* h/ s9 `2 i# j2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

* [& [* l- y# Y5 L; a3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

+ w. q; W# Y) r: l! S4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

; l7 O$ a$ q# z' R6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  T8 D4 O. Z8 j- ]9 ^1 D4 r& B* {6 a
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
0 c5 c) j5 E$ V
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5 s+ z9 w0 M# M; @7 V5 _% g4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

! W) {- k9 p8 I" _" h' e, E" V5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
