* `( M6 Y" O" E6 `# `& B. G0 X3 kJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ d  ?. m, \. n! z3 _2 |( d5 i, N
1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

; ?5 Z$ v& h9 e9 ~2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
; E" b" E4 ~2 R; _7 A  L2 g" g  g
6 D& {/ F3 s, y4 k% k" |, y& N. B5 M3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

; v. `. r4 ~& O, rQUALIFICATIONS:
$ {" h* G/ l0 c5 O2 Z
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
) \8 x3 U( x% M1 h7 n  p
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  p# R& F; \" Z: z5 X  T4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
