申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
9 C% Z# _: X% u6 q1 z: r$ denthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' D& s, E; q. s7 ^- P# nintegrated system/circuit design.
/ ^( s" U' E2 V# Z& e. g
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
, `2 P  K' A9 M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
