爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?

& N3 R5 V; D- j/ t: d7 {" c! y最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?& s# `2 H; p6 W+ [" f$ u. Z7 P

- @+ u& i4 D1 @: n8 y: `现在地区经济这么好,捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪!

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?, p' `, M+ o9 g, A7 t* Y

6 r8 U3 Q2 ]' r. l2 E9 y短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。
! I' @5 O, y2 p# M  i) [只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。3 F8 l) P- v' r; V8 P* B# l2 f
如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。8 Q3 ^! L7 K% u2 r6 i4 Z

' v3 d& a% y' y# I5 {5 }3 a- v不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。3 M* L6 L! O* {2 Q$ _

People can wait to buy houses when the prices keep dropping. No need to rush now.

Actually I bought a house a few years ago, and just sold this year. Don't want to become a house slave for a half million dollar ordinary home.

the mortgage payment should be even less than the rent you paid now. Then what's your point of selling your house and rent?

/ @% A8 z" v' X- P, C/ l  B3 EI moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
