* G1 e9 w+ C* _; MYour main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

The duties include:
& u' p/ s! L' J: ?. m' Soperate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
5 _8 L% C, q# a4 q1 ]6 C' nassist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
, w: U. o9 D! t9 r0 @) P: zbe available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required

' G) T  Y+ u7 T. N5 jSkills and abilities required for this position include:
good physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
# g! L( Y) l% ]9 E. hknowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
6 n, C8 j; M4 r4 W- jability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation
a keen interest to contribute to a safe work environment

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
