 Tip #1:  Buy some Nizoral shampoo.  I said it on my site and I will

 regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.' S' q; {8 M( G1 [/ \- c" I

 The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from" ^$ `1 m! z- \
 attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed

 It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

 it helps you stop losing more h.air.   I alternate between this

 Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day.  Unless you've got a job) O- z. }. L& C  N4 B- O
 where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

 product.  I had to learn not to do that.

 If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold) B2 S- f3 k  i( D& ?# |

 h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the" S) H& l! c. A! k7 N0 @
 trauma you caused it.

 into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
