那么他想转学的话：

# p4 Z) n* s* {9 U" d2 ^                时间期限、学习成绩、学分数量等要求？具体如何？
/ A0 j2 y3 k' d; ~) `２．        在同一省内转学和跨省转学要求有何不同？是否仅仅关系到学

先上一个普通大学或者college再转到好的大学是可以的

2 K3 u' J$ E% Y, a( Y因为学分转的可能不合适或者其他
最好直接去个好大学

the point is it is not likely for him to enter a top notch one directly. that is why he raised this question.

, {) ~5 |  }6 R5 kthere is no difference for admission no matter you apply directly for a better university or transfer to it. the only benefit is that after being accepted by a better university, people may have some courses taken in fermer univeristy transfered.

但不知在加拿大报考多伦多大学、阿尔伯塔大学和在中国报考浙大、复旦哪个更难一些？？？
