' }8 F: |5 Q- |/ w8 e8 D  m+ x1 tDevelop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
¨
* u+ q. N3 H. f, w! }Assist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
% N9 x) g2 D( f# v& _  A& u" [" m  NCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback
¨
( O7 r$ u+ z* ^9 b1 W* c3 wEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships
¨
Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff
¨
- P6 d! h8 d7 H  Y( L; j/ C& g! nAdministrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Qualifications:
% U6 z$ M/ v" L: J4 ~¨
/ C  _  e8 n5 GMarketing/Sales experience or interest
& U& _" w  i1 Q9 t% x¨
Strong communication, writing and time management skills

/ {4 ]4 @" Y5 Q" Q9 n: B1 @Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS
¨
+ J- g% t+ t7 {; MSkilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment
¨
First Aid and CPR certification
¨
Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
