JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 2 c# @, I" H$ v/ `: k
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 3 f) G" Y) l# S; D* Y! ?' o# P' v
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
- g& O, `$ |" C+ r4 [1 ]of Course Pack production.

( \5 C/ t8 \* f0 @) dDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ u" L- T' q9 c5 l1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
- U7 R& V: S6 Y7 D5 C8 j- K5 Pof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
6 y; Z+ _2 J" O9 @( Y3 J1 H; d# m. `: J& I6 c O% j" N K% g
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
. \# F) e' s; V, e# _, W/ lprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.! x6 k% D% G! t9 G9 c
8 ~+ ?: D0 ?7 v3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , F" G, p' J: a$ O9 _. `& T# W
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ! u% h: Y, l3 R# e; x7 V
keeping appropriate and accurate records.! A! P* }9 K. z4 D
& h0 H9 h0 K4 U, F( L( Q1 i4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 6 C3 ^8 v7 N3 G: |

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 f6 I0 }, e- }8 p/ @- V& r7 {1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
! L6 h; o4 U( y0 a7 d2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
) ~4 |8 z. E l+ h3 {+ M0 [skills.

2 [ S1 u* t; V+ O4 e/ O. H3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.2 Z# T; N" @: Q" J& X: ~
