JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

) j: a( P* H' V. ?* OSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ( [" L; P2 ~/ c0 p2 S) Z" i' p" L, E
of Course Pack production.6 g& D! t, C4 N1 h7 @

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:9 ]! _" s, q0 a& n/ E8 S% ^
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning $ r0 O( U4 j4 _1 N0 x% B
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
' u W2 Z# X: l/ I$ Y: u8 D3 d) G# @2 e6 s9 ?
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including # o: d/ q. N- l
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
; Z3 j# `- x6 V5 [1 M6 T- I( Z/ @% N a0 \/ n
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
1 k; O' d- q, d0 W" Bcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and $ e! l7 q7 E0 R2 `$ f6 i! L2 v, E
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
