Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
) ?! `3 F+ f( I$ L, gof Course Pack production.
) ~! T2 E% O& H+ o4 W( q% Y, @* O U: i2 I. D
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:( ]7 o: a! L$ T2 V9 J A4 C
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
! Z; ]# B3 ^: W+ yof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
+ X; b7 ~; V3 \! \; s8 D: ^" d+ ? G: Q1 T3 j
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 5 }- \ }) u9 M
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

$ P& M) |- l( S, Y3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ( O! t# N4 h9 c
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ; }+ @$ U, x! T& n& c7 d
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

+ M) W3 d& `( {! ?and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

# A0 W) p, M. n3 s' U2 k1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
3 i) Y& r! x/ l8 j- d3 Y8 t2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication M! P4 T2 P. `) d$ c1 d
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.; c: R+ G H0 u/ D5 n

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
