" c+ b4 c5 J9 @3 d9 sSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects * B& h( B& C3 q! `9 g# S: [: m
of Course Pack production.

& }0 O @# N4 ]% M( q' m! p1 V' }4 FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 m* I+ L. j% Y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
5 K5 L6 V8 z! D( pof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
' B( c4 _- ?. }/ }1 M
; a: M. x" z; `% Y2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
, B9 E+ b4 o0 z ?! J5 Aprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.! n& Y7 E0 F/ \8 `4 P7 [
) c3 i" C: o) n! |4 i
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of " b# n3 w- U- ~2 l8 ^1 f, ~: A
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
* X P* t7 o* \, X' Wkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
0 f0 q* u0 N+ N) O( z- ?failures to the Operations Manager.

' p/ j% x5 u& z# \ D5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
6 A7 g* R4 w% W3 W8 O' G2 Jand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent. v" A) [8 g4 D# z. M" O+ G$ \
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
) r: u" V7 _, ?! C3 u& kskills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.% s2 n8 q. p( }% P4 W- m

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
