SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
% q# s9 X" a/ Y7 c% e* t1 ]& P$ @Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 8 _) y2 f4 X3 ?2 \3 L7 A
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! h' b* T( v0 r! F8 [1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % A& D' j$ g9 d5 M. Y
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.( r2 u; [; B% }2 J
; f; |' k2 C/ @# u2 H8 C% Y3 d
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
1 _" P& {& O, G# P0 u fprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
+ O! w. ~- D. x* m3 v. G/ k7 o& r! O: X0 }6 l( \1 n
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ! W4 M# W) e/ s; {9 J& M/ ~
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
: n: P$ d" h9 \5 n1 z/ }keeping appropriate and accurate records.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( Q! @7 z$ z' G& f" K6 F: W9 G7 }
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
* K) s* r+ n3 d& }' U2 l% kskills.# F2 D# h) n G3 {; W

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. V6 F; d4 [: O- X

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
