E, u2 \9 d- }- ?. T4 k' X: HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, {$ c: \7 u/ @8 k1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
- Y+ A: i4 i( @+ iof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

* j( y4 C$ W9 i! F2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 3 u& p- C# o: B4 Y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
7 G! D6 w1 P6 y w( i( Y+ p* fcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 8 L. o% D- [( e+ [+ }! a$ U0 h
keeping appropriate and accurate records.0 P) i/ { F' f3 V, R

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
% H" |- ~2 }- l2 f4 _. cfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

" Q0 b) f4 l( n9 v! a' O3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
