JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

: B& H$ T& \! r+ T0 d- [$ e2 d" vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 { A9 ?( A6 y3 \8 f5 v4 {1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning & T+ `; Z5 _4 O; o$ W: A
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
; k0 i0 z! u0 U# H" a& |* ^' ~, ?! z: ^! L" O5 R
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
; ]4 z5 s' h3 N" y& a4 j5 ]print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
! |! A, c8 m" d4 k0 @" [) o
" t, i+ `+ R3 _" j% r" h3 ~3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of , J, @- H" R2 Z# V
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
0 A4 o4 J) j* g% ukeeping appropriate and accurate records.5 J$ T3 s0 P9 l
7 Q$ i3 G9 K# o4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
' c: O& h; {: @% D8 p3 C5 Ofailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:) y( N9 N- Y L* d5 }
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
7 Q! P8 A5 l! J2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication / _ Y0 _+ l/ r j5 |3 V: k
skills.. s) X; S9 H9 W( x+ R5 c
4 U: H# Z7 f$ v1 X* u, H
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
