SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
* K& `2 l4 D& b5 L" `Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ( W. E5 m! B) ~) J( |6 E& b. p
of Course Pack production.

6 Y) v- S; q9 J( z" s$ R; X/ q. nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: u) `# E* i" z& R3 N+ @' h+ r
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ) r; j3 d9 r( v y
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
" A* J5 y2 }) x7 l0 _3 h4 P3 n/ _3 M9 R0 T
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
' A8 e4 n' \" x/ a/ i9 ]& N5 tprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

6 D1 ^; C& }3 k& e) ~% _3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
0 ?& A- Q4 ~, _* \4 ?( J f6 hcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 5 y. X: [8 h+ {, l3 F' F) h% M& G
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.. \ |( y. L) M; e `
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 4 ]- Z$ R+ \% p6 V

# G e5 z5 B: g) F3 K; @3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.7 z4 K' t( b7 `- [# }

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
