JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ( x! |/ Y' @0 ]3 X7 Q
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical : I/ `+ @. @3 E& k$ H/ A4 \: L$ v4 \
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

2 N4 A$ l) r9 B7 H8 a4 \DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 {3 a" d V: f5 J( q: W) W1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning % E& G, T9 O. n: S" a
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.- I, w4 A& f) _8 p7 Y
0 S0 S. Z) j6 j8 o# t* q2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 5 O( O6 t/ T0 n# @
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of % ~8 T/ o6 m5 P2 F6 j( \" [! q
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 c/ Z' h2 h5 O4 M
keeping appropriate and accurate records.4 D% Z5 j! C4 t- a8 H, |
& B. {! c( h( C; c& s- M9 i. m4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment , b9 C" J; |2 y

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
* f: r# h4 L8 j& m) b2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
! C% \! M7 Z* C" l( K; eskills.8 g7 ]( _$ N9 j% A3 ?6 u4 z
2 E, Y6 r1 @; ~7 Q" ]3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
