JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- % H# e& k- U7 R' m; {0 \+ G
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
4 Z# k$ _1 ^! j% USupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects : ~ Z- w$ I9 b
of Course Pack production., _( O& e- s3 a& D
N9 Q- Y" y$ G% K" M s9 @DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( D! W0 K& F! O4 z) q; f! j1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 7 b( H5 K' s% v( O, z/ L
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 [5 H- Q7 D3 T; u, L$ F8 a" O
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

9 y* X4 d8 Y- L' f( o: x3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 8 J8 K( |5 y; _2 l
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment % i4 h- U p2 E" \( J! Y

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, % N( Q; V$ v( X2 H0 ^
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 2 F% ^4 G' b) j2 m5 u9 q
skills.
