SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
8 _; i" m# l& V# KSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
" a8 ]5 o( F0 v. fof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:8 g* B' i7 w* k. L4 `6 ^" ^' V. H
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
* \! J& ]3 w: D0 _! ?4 ^0 H! Oof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.# x% Q# E" I) Z) o
! R- Z: B* p( d9 v3 u# M; X2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 8 L+ B o9 q0 j+ B; |' E
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.( o9 k, g( H: Y, `3 Z+ o2 @# N
+ B0 o$ @7 O8 | }+ q
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
. b# V8 H3 k1 O' [* k Wcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
9 D \! Q$ `; e' w- d8 K9 skeeping appropriate and accurate records.7 [6 B8 ?' ~- x

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

* E/ _& R6 }# m0 K0 Z. j$ l2 L! Hand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
