people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
! r0 V# r! H6 w% ~assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
7 d/ k% g" E; R8 ~* q4 C  J; X0 Zaddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
- c# m: b- L- m: K- [4 tassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

! t  x; B6 G. D9 n* f/ p. g& f6 [Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
