, K1 |4 Q7 O  \) ~& Fassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
" r4 S  b8 c8 D  L0 D/ b7 ~$ Ogroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
. M( }/ h6 s1 f/ [. u3 m- P+ B  {assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
