group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
5 q, U" l6 s. O/ Cpeople-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

, l6 o/ i$ \& S4 O, {" @As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
4 q+ N+ n+ N0 R: w6 ?assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
3 @, {/ L) T' c/ X2 ~( Sgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
/ S3 K( {* I" P. N3 x- Bprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
& \$ y  t# M# vassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

6 T; D* y; s! G2 k2 t& ^' oQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
3 |" n# y& ?% ]) ~, O% Osupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
