Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
( P$ _: v% {3 r* W# i) J+ bto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
6 U% l& y, x( s. r% G- R+ _  hcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
3 e7 s2 E% b6 Vjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
: Q1 g( l2 L& v' W2 N( Timplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
/ I- B3 s& v$ s& F9 iservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
: M8 v. h! S, W0 a, h4 }independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.


1 ]) i* ]& H' E/ v9 P4 oQualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
" h- H! {  ^2 O7 Q+ Aunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
