Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
+ I8 s8 B5 r' @. H% }experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
& K4 A. Z. g2 L* J4 H, L5 a$ Rjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
' c' F$ W+ `1 `) p* D1 Ximplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
" y$ U7 J( m; f; A8 @consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
