Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
: v6 b4 S! f0 b5 o  nto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
/ U9 U* a) R+ I6 D1 V, s( gcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
' I& l  s9 q: O+ y! {- Wservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

  X! _0 U( y2 O9 iQualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
