to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
+ a2 V* |; w. \' l/ S  `  mcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
5 T6 @- m" X+ c/ sjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
) {2 Z3 C6 b6 O6 R3 simplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
' @3 U" e" c( d9 G  uunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
