% w0 @" M7 C) zBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
. E2 Z8 |8 Q9 L6 m! A, |' pwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
9 T% Q( m/ w' U9 l4 I7 pprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.% U% a2 X( w& L; P0 o: S |
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
! ^ J# J* O% @ bartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
4 C: }* g: ~! W! [9 H7 cEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
3 Z+ ~5 a3 Q- \7 s2 a, p, w fvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

; n; A) ^+ R1 x$ D, J* e' `9 AFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be9 k6 Z1 D% _7 L$ p8 D" T1 X2 w* S% G
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.1 q+ \: {% {) L* j
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
/ L: {) n o9 G7 B9 _5 hthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
v; `6 W6 H3 T) y4 jhours are part of this crew’s duties.9 r. M1 \; m0 h/ `
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
, x$ Q( \1 T3 A( J0 x8 v" T8 z+ Jfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
/ u/ Q: X; {8 L' t) \; d' nprograms to visitors to the festival.

Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed' h! b' W8 P0 a0 C4 V S" Z- x! E! X
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the+ o, j/ @3 M2 U* C: g
festival.3 A; f7 h6 F2 W# s, g+ W' G) \
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is( R3 A5 E, D$ l$ y' U1 ?8 O9 U
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
9 K/ }4 {' k: F/ b/ fare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
0 [' x, N8 H6 Y6 ? JStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
* e% V5 Q1 m! p1 ~: U9 fand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
8 ^( A' h2 J* Q& r+ KTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
7 ?+ T0 k1 B2 i3 f: F) grequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as5 q- c, Y; ^9 W8 \, i; O# h: b
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival& \. W9 G* q( |, k. Z+ M2 o0 O% b* G
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
