Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and* R8 W# A& D |+ a# n4 @ ?( V# k
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
0 P+ i" B" [( f3 z" \; V: I! V3 i5 `prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
+ Q) N: G; {& Y" v5 n; CChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
2 {: e% Z7 i9 v& Martist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.3 U5 T4 w/ J- ]) y2 Q! }% H/ r
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
/ \. n# J; \" Z6 ivisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
& X3 ]& {, e: Y3 Drecyclables.
' R9 ]; L9 c$ Q1 [9 m. iFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
2 a6 E$ @1 M2 ]9 e& k; B! Vpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.+ J) f5 f0 K6 U7 c
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
j9 N, [1 Y& Pthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late P/ Z, ^9 |+ P8 u1 Q
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
& b# D) ]3 ~- B7 q9 @2 l% SInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the1 ^& `# F* X6 @# C
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide# R8 z$ q D7 x- P- a" m$ v
programs to visitors to the festival.
3 f' G: h5 A& t# D: u! Q& `. DKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for1 U2 |9 V9 L8 V& M; g1 v2 h
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.0 a5 E- `$ ?% f& ?) d5 V
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed' S; L+ G# Q1 r# g: P3 y
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
( u+ x+ L/ V* ~0 R' soperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
! u" [- ^, b: R6 O' Tare physically fit and ready for any emergency.0 N9 u& \5 R% k2 C' U1 g8 `
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
) `" ~ [+ v& T" D7 Hand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
- a! d0 A( w6 ~) o# A3 ~$ \Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be: u" v! M8 P$ z: T# L! F- D$ g
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as1 w& R% V3 K, s; m5 ]$ T
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
