# b3 H3 a7 E) ^3 W1 v, `Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
/ N$ w( d1 k* j. {5 P) l( i0 O+ O2 Ywork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft0 U8 d6 y5 B* H# n2 k
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.4 D" | J( }( ?% b9 B
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
% G4 t0 e& ?! c8 Q+ Kartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.6 g: b$ q. k# K% I" y
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for7 \8 ?+ m: F9 w# c
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
) r i, g- c6 S- s" l3 }recyclables.8 {' w$ ^& U% ~% t# _
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be+ F1 ?9 Q/ x, X
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening./ H9 r* v) ^: O) M
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
0 l) _. m2 D! U* ^them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
8 s4 T9 o* d, l# jhours are part of this crew’s duties.! N8 J6 N) ^; S; X

1 W: E1 Q' |6 ? Mfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide- f. g" _0 _" ? u+ c9 Y
programs to visitors to the festival.
/ x* L# W( A# Y4 ]Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for6 U5 G3 f& U6 B2 r( z! i" C
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.2 d i& u* v0 n, j5 B
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
3 V" T* E4 g8 |+ `+ T9 A, revents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is+ B/ G8 o& N& }: P& R" W
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you$ } o' A& a4 U# n% J) r8 P" t
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.3 U- |8 r1 _! z2 h7 `8 U3 |
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
& W& L$ R, W. n8 `6 dand/or understanding of back stage procedures.6 A1 I$ V2 G# d4 T
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be- V0 N' r' z- |: D9 S
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as/ |* t+ f7 d6 S6 t6 o% ?
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
+ }* \8 \% z! k1 X3 B: G* J, Ustaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
