Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

# \7 G ?$ T2 P6 e1 @. c0 B6 BBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and; Z. t& |8 ], o2 G6 m0 J. Q3 R
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft7 M/ |, ^2 m. z1 q; U
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.2 ^, j7 B! |, Z7 J2 X
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the* P* ~! }3 }# s4 I9 A
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.& X' _: P) q' y7 ]
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
+ d+ b3 a! n* Y% d; avisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
" c3 W& g. Z- l, X/ P/ Arecyclables.7 G8 G: Y4 T4 a$ r: F6 ^9 L- x
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
. q1 Z( d- u& Q B5 d4 i+ P7 Apart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
# g6 r! n# T: c% xHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
$ U8 V: [3 e* A8 ithem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late! p7 Y" r6 D4 G' j5 Z, c
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
. h+ T9 s @. @. I% nInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the1 t. H# z# f0 Q7 G& {" A
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide" |# _. u' ]4 k- Y
programs to visitors to the festival.
' P: T% ]; H0 ]$ n: }Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for$ j+ P/ t/ k- i/ J0 }
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.0 k$ B8 }; s) P
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed- z/ L) t, J2 `; f8 {
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
' @& @' U G D: H7 u0 d6 H$ Lfestival.) i" q0 }( u0 t, z& k4 `# `/ E& J
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
" w" }8 a9 |' h( j1 I4 w7 foperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you8 p' X: T# l6 @ X
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.6 L8 \4 j9 X( o6 P. S+ q
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training% h( j2 z3 F! L/ ?# f. J! ^
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.: J% |& D! p- T: y. o
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
$ Q @' H: A& c" z. irequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as6 {) C" j. z, d$ X: U: z
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
, A5 T3 T- l" Q6 L% Y: |4 Qstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
