Association (Children Div.) is putting together an Opera performance at

6 A, C, |# Q1 A" f% Mtheatre, U of Alberta, Jul. 21, Sat. at 1-4 pm.  The casts are led by 2

( `6 D0 g# {# V! Linstructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
the
Cantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding
$ T" P( i% Y8 R" I. J$ dAchievements
in Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
Development
Council.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The

performance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a
few
( [% n2 B8 Y0 C# J3 l- s" Y" nsongs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
sold-out
, |! c4 |: ^# z1 \crowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
Hong Kong
