The University of Alberta Students´ Union has been contracted by the

targeting the issue of violence on Whyte Avenue. As a Brand
1 k/ V& \$ n# i, K. S8 T# yAmbassador, you will be part of a 5-person promotions team that will ; t* j, y3 ?% ^! h q) \
communicate our campaign messaging and distribute branded giveaways
' ~* }; c5 r: T. zto patrons in and around nightclubs on Whyte Avenue*. For this part- % I, A8 N2 L/ h( V% a
time, temporary position we are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, 8 {. ]1 B5 H7 o
friendly, and sociable individuals who are comfortable in an

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

( f q- L+ \+ Z' _1 r( Rnot a Fighter" campaign in and around bars and nightclubs on Whyte

2) Approach patrons in and around bars and nightclubs on 1 ], k8 j5 F: _7 g& k8 X, E4 i
Whyte Avenue* to discuss the issue of violence.

, b8 y$ D- E0 D. V- ~3) Communicate campaign messaging to patrons regarding
& Q& N& N; c& Q! ~( E: Z! [- mviolence on Whyte Avenue*.

4) Assist in the implementation (including: distribution,
* j+ {! M Q. Msetup, maintenance, and tear down) of street level advertising & L0 o' J2 f) ?( m$ b: j7 A
mediums for the campaign.

5) Conduct short onsite interviews with patrons when

1) Must be at least 18 years of age.: H2 Q) D+ J$ _2 g5 R
8 x) `3 H; A6 I' ]2) The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, outgoing, 5 |2 t3 L9 p; H7 d
friendly, and sociable.

1) Experience with onsite event-based marketing teams.

Training Session: Successful candidates will be required to attend a
