JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
7 ]: d. j6 P6 z' d2 I- dOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

0 l, A* s2 D& u1 oDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
+ M8 O% M) J2 L
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
. N# n& @, H- |. ]% Y
  U9 z- k- N% x4 H3 ?/ P+ H; h2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
+ k5 ?5 ^- f5 x# E( x
1 ?% W$ z% a( l% a3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

2 Y/ b9 t- o( }' D- r4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
$ p" i; ?2 G# Q# x+ Udeliveries.
- z4 h0 I& g5 ^! Y! J. Y
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
/ p* V5 [( \- Y) {- j7 ?- p
9 o2 v/ f$ t" p$ _: E6 F6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
/ Q  V# g+ l" N6 t' V2 J! `
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

7 u; p: r$ _) u/ W& L: w$ m" C5) Good public and staff relations.
