7 Y5 K/ e  v- X5 IJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
7 n5 t7 E$ p. _Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
1 ^8 a& \) ^: Yfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

1 ~/ E9 I6 ?% c5 T% j. jDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
$ Y3 g$ z3 v  \3 hRetail in the training of part time staff
0 x0 R5 X" r2 a
2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

# E; p' l6 J% L' F2 \# c; [3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured
8 F* I; l& ^8 F: i3 b% r
4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
6 y* {: E% U- }3 q+ ccounts

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
# g. _1 R; O) F, r9 T9 }. F( Idate with regards to consignment data

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
/ W+ f% M0 j; q7 u) V1 Z( \
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
# v3 _5 u$ X0 f7 R/ ?- B
8 c! Y$ C1 L# n' T: U3 y3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

2 E8 J( P$ d. Y2 b' V/ B& w$ _4)             Strong organizational skills

2 L- ^. d1 H0 T9 V4 d( j- T, U5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

variety of areas

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and
