' P+ j2 l% a# G9 |( J5 [9 VOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
: A2 u' j2 `7 P& \  H: S& beffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

! f) y* \% L7 A" GDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  ^6 H! _( Y3 l1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
) Y, `0 y) f8 ^Retail in the training of part time staff

. ]* G* Q/ t& K) @" f2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
! |: R- k% Z: u* x- w4 Mensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
7 s  m/ l  o+ |, C( k$ o& }/ rRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

. r' h, t6 m. v2 S4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
1 |. F4 M  K2 C+ Y2 \9 g! svarious shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
4 @" n- k6 L4 j9 r- Z6 Korders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
! D' o7 \0 I+ u, ]; S2 Hcounts
& g; f6 J+ [/ ^3 {! O6 W) A' P
2 }3 i; A7 E- s& O7)             Provide a high level of customer service
! ]/ R; k  m  C/ @, t$ h- t
8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
. d) H, {6 O0 b$ q3 p: U. \date with regards to consignment data
8 a# P3 ]' w# V9 q9 U, C% d- ~/ S
& j$ a# G) |* Q7 g5 t9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
1 [6 z% b: L0 v, _$ P. qSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

' q4 u: H: M& s* F4 a8 v5 j2 iQUALIFICATIONS;
8 ^) T5 D9 j% v$ [1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
8 h4 f$ ]- v( K4 D* W5 c4 k9 U5 C, f
; Q# y, F; O+ T# Q3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

; R: G3 n) ?1 }0 |! l* W5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

- h) v; @+ s" m6 o) x: O% y3 z6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
the general public

9)             Experience in handling cash
July 13th, 2005/Unionized position

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
5 W: C  o4 C# r+ M2 kShift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
