JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
- W; W  ~/ O8 s& \: Q% G) H+ Zassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

' x  g& N7 ~! y6 x+ y  Q3 _4 L+ QDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
5 e! S1 v# c$ {3 T1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
: Y$ l" {2 `/ s7 E6 h+ d- dfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
$ j5 P; z+ e) Y' z3 p9 sclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
# B2 B- k9 H+ d( e9 Sper Capital Health standards.

) `2 e: l6 t% f) K+ n) z4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
, Z+ l, x7 @% y+ f- ^$ Bwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
& w. \& x: f- A- Q0 f' |4 a, xoperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.
) y4 E$ c; w( p1 V( X
/ z& L0 i& L: T$ i5 R' C6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
/ }& ~  i; k* r6 \4 F9 R2 XOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
2 N. {7 J6 D8 U- y+ X: d8 P8 [$ t
# C4 p6 U2 ?0 ]* h) T  \2 x, z3) Cashier experience.

# e9 S6 v, s; t$ N% ~3 c: `4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

% L: h8 H' {; [' T7 q6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
