JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Returning Officer reports to the President of ) @6 o. J1 r" q3 S( t3 g( I

2000. The Chief Returning Officer shall be recommended to Students'

2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000./ T) s% V8 b. w: v0 @& H, `
* d4 r) |6 T4 A5 _5 J" d3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing

across campus, and advertising the poll locations.

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

10) To be available to all parties during elections/referenda for a ! x: ]. z2 k, `, {( k4 S
minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course

2) Must have some experience in student elections.
