我注意过这个房子，很久以前就出来了，刚开始45万左右，然后不断加价，最后冲到过50万以上（记得当时我脱口而出两个字“疯了”），今天突然间降到43万，不知道房主是什么策略。
难道是打错价格了？53万？
如果价格没有打错，那么瞎猜猜，大概是想低价吸引offer, 然后尽快出手。问题是这个价格会错过一些只看45万以上房子的潜在买主。
可以肯定的是，目前以这个价格，一定拿不下来。

The house inventory has gone up quite dramatically recently, therefore, some venders may lower the price to become more competitive.

我想这是卖家有点贪心. 你想43万他肯卖吗? 当然不卖. 他打出43万就是想吸引multiple bids, 然后把价钱冲上去. 其实现在大家都累了, 卖家不如把他心目的价格列上, 大家都干脆直接一点比较好.

不知卖家采用这种销售方式能否卖出好价钱。
