Quality assurance (QA) aims to ensure that the products and services of PPM 2000 Inc. are fit for its purpose and meet customer expectations. The Quality Assurance Manager coordinates the activities required to meet this aim. The QA Manager monitors and advises on how the quality management system is performing and publishes data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators. Quality Assurance Managers liaise with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the QA Manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.9 D. b2 N# f; R9 m0 I! K6 l

Since maintaining quality demands constant change to meet customer expectations, Quality Assurance (QA) Managers employ a variety of measures to place quality at the heart of an organization. These include philosophies such as Total Quality Management, and methodologies such as Continuous Improvement.

• Performing tests, developing and executing test suites against established products.

• Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

• Considering the application and any new user interface standards.

• Collecting and analyzing performance data and charts against defined

• 3 to 5 years of industry standard QA methodologies, Quality Assurance Life
$ W7 a. ]3 k. g Cycle (QALC), test strategy, test metrics, configuration management and3 q* {2 X& T; V8 ^6 N" p
release management experience.
! m t$ a. w" k8 b/ x0 `. q- d• Proficient in establishing and maintaining QA procedures.- c/ l3 C6 [) K6 V A3 X
• Participate in the development of, and adherence to, high quality standards and: T. Q3 Q, x8 e

• Familiarity with systems analysis techniques.3 H2 _2 ?; ?* s* _
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Information Systems, or equivalent is highly desirable.) g% L7 n* T3 q7 X8 O6 j
