; Q) t) y. s+ v& O/ y4 L5 BJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
$ z4 p1 P8 ~7 p5 npolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

8 l0 }* d0 L4 }" m/ c; HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# s9 i2 ^6 [; K4 I/ T. B1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
% R" n9 C9 }5 G  _: \* iand are University affiliated.

7 ^/ x  m8 n9 R# r1 g- u; ~2 ^8 ~/ d2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

5 j4 r9 A/ P  h" K3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
" B& E  P2 g4 N9 D; d# Y8 q( X9 vof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

  ~% O( U& i* b1 O" N" M. L+ H9 P5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
' m- G. O  b* Z& N6 |5 q, ~  i2 Y! @area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

4 O' T: W0 T. l" Q$ `$ hQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
: q7 R/ @3 q2 T3 U% rof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
2 D) Z$ a9 T/ H+ f0 S9 ?calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
! V3 V( o. Y/ y  L4 _- o1 U& c
$ ?' e$ ^% h5 Q1 M% M3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

9 H. z2 H: \) ]* ~2 K4) Must be physically capable.

$ w7 N: w8 l9 n8 J+ H5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
