, K0 {) D9 o0 C7 \+ L6 ?* XJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
8 R. s: g# o4 R  `6 V4 m2 _8 L(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
. F  d& j6 h5 H! v" mpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

, g3 ^' e/ y$ n0 F2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

. i9 {4 e1 V! D: j3 C! G; o4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

' W* K$ X7 L" N" J$ N" n5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

5 K* [) {9 T5 s! N$ X: _0 z6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

* V9 z; T# |- f; OQUALIFICATIONS;
8 [3 t$ h1 B6 _% a* r1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) l& b& ?+ I7 }5 ^& O9 u# H. T7 E
2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

8 P& D/ z  B7 }: g/ y! H3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
