JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

# F* z, r( n% x$ `' B! R& qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3 P2 Z. H: F7 B: Y3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
9 H* F4 r" [3 r: E% Xconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
% A* K+ j7 B% [  C
5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

# F& ]8 \7 R6 S) g) O4 d* k6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
* _" l7 v2 f5 \of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
( @8 k6 a0 j2 n" ?( |" Pcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
