POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
% Q7 V( y" A1 |1 B•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 l" P5 B6 k0 l4 i•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

" m& u6 g/ N0 N! W' Y, i, A/ E•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
