POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
/ T" q- q- t0 C2 DDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
8 y# N# y6 F2 f" a( n•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
. E7 `4 ~9 d8 f, X/ |•        Control store-operating expenses.
6 D9 {! A$ r6 K5 k% T- N. p( b) Q4 U•        Lead by example in company service standards.
: Q# z# r, F0 U4 c& A2 l•        Manage store physical inventory.
) j9 m4 R9 L' Q$ H* w$ u•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
! E$ T% P. C+ Y; b) v
& q, }& B1 |# t6 m$ ]- ]2 A/ B•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
+ }  u& q6 B( Z! _* \* X; H' h; I•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
* }$ {; O" e' Y•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
