POSITION SUMMARY:

: L4 P3 `: ?) z9 F•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
8 h, T7 e% m0 O- Z% FDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

6 b$ G( _& X( x5 o( M$ J; h) i•        Lead by example in company service standards.
6 F9 m' G5 J6 I/ F, ~•        Manage store physical inventory.
# W. ~( t0 K- B; Y# {3 |4 \# a•        Maintain employee files and records.
# e; O  G( A+ I  V2 R•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
+ k) b! q; H) I4 L0 E7 U
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
; I9 y  p+ T4 ^& \% d# g' C; f•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
" ~+ ~3 j5 R- Y5 g2 r•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
8 D0 f+ k4 Z, j9 n•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
