•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
( B! Z$ H- L4 A0 l$ N: Z•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, ~% W! G7 s3 o- u•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
2 h4 }6 w# U* U& s( \•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
1 |+ p. v  Z, u% v•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 Q8 I7 [4 ~6 r: E•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
