POSITION SUMMARY:
" n- q! U" @$ _+ G2 O$ E- q8 E9 J5 _2 B
•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
* e; |" l( H& Q* h1 \: P, W0 o* q& J•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
) i3 m, O2 I0 c•        Manage store physical inventory.
) l8 e: f7 @* s; |•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
( h4 }+ H' p$ o7 Y5 d7 Z/ Y% \
6 J& J, T' V2 R1 \  S0 a9 w/ G9 y3 G•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
# g6 R4 L* D' @' G5 c•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
+ B* @* k3 I8 l" K2 M. U•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 d& ]" e  \' H6 C# p, C•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
' p7 ?# r3 S) b- {: h7 e; U- p•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
