POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
  N, z9 _. U* i•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
& o6 ^+ \* p: D, M7 y6 F•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
: N9 R4 C+ t; B3 p* }•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
( u& X5 f/ G% m7 c4 j: O1 ^
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
3 b7 N6 Y- K0 {' g2 U& P•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
' M% d  `- ]3 l4 R•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
