•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
0 W1 y% b2 |- o# c1 @Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
1 \5 m+ o7 }. l% a. Z•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
0 A2 K1 ^! [; W' @•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
+ Z! m" [0 [  Q8 H. n' N' U4 {•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

* ]/ C( n  p. x  B$ S•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- [: v2 [  f( {•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
