Why not Mobile home ?

Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need
# t9 P& m1 I& [: K" n7 d* cto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the
rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
