Role Details
' P7 l0 {6 F- e5 [' k/ n% FHours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Canadian post-secondary credential
Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
* }0 v3 H" h7 ]9 _0 R# HInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
' i) y7 z& D* T8 t2 ~Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
0 d3 }* U, Z4 U2 e" XIssue notices to tenants
: u8 I$ O! h3 v) O& @+ |Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
