Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
- v$ V: X1 B7 G( T! @Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
0 Z0 ^  `9 ?+ D" x' rCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
2 y+ s. v+ O8 S/ k2 w3 aMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
