JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the

( h" @6 d* M( `. _! j& KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;0 V: @. w# a; ?! r+ P
1) Serve as cashier when required.! H. Y$ P+ I$ q, K' `
+ ~2 ^' f H9 S) l6 y2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.5 @" C/ m1 z( M, }, W- W
0 D, n; X7 `% I3 e% B8 k6 c9 J3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.9 G! l$ Y7 h( v2 k7 ?

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
8 E, h0 l5 a% k q1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough % J5 e0 `1 z) g$ S. Q( u/ ^: c4 C
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
6 s7 ~; D- v+ i9 J. s4 ~6 d; N
, ^7 L. h- e) x9 `% [2) Previous experience with food inventories.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
