Food Service Worker I
Two shifts
27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
  L5 Q, h- v0 h" _9 @5 Fp.m., Monday through Friday

6 K, W' H8 s" Z2 W! |17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
* S! l: b3 C5 E% l% p* Fp.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

6 f1 v9 w% N" c& Q  r( rDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.
& m3 W3 f0 u( t% l# e; U( Z
- i' S4 D4 r+ x& p* g  R2 h2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
  K, Y( }% n- h7 b2 `
" s* {) U8 O* o4 G; }& q3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

/ [! T' w" k7 J( J9 C5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

- _' w/ P- B  `2 @; B& W* y+ o) M6) Perform monthly food inventory.

5 N: ?1 c8 t/ a( F# N7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

! _% K: L* K1 ]& b# G! S4 I& F To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 V: B7 G( l. m% L5 p* T, @1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
6 g  s8 K. M! i2 o. z0 y4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
; Q) C3 H0 v- |4 o( B
. {: F; B3 p$ b1 ~5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
