DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

9 v* L) {( ]) b, a* P2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

9 d! J9 w( {! F: R+ ]3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.# [, c. t6 Q! U' D% q/ R$ g0 z) t

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating ( Z4 i9 y8 W1 t8 {4 W$ p$ o+ O/ k

QUALIFICATIONS;/ m+ Q- z( |4 T3 q
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough
* i0 i0 f. X n# }5 J, jknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.- A+ H8 a$ \2 x! b3 I1 Y, J

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
) |8 J8 G! O8 ]7 A. u+ h

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.
